Forget those gloomy climate reports; we’ll be battling over the best algae-based burgers and complaining about the exorbitant price of sustainably-grown seaweed snacks – a problem we’ll happily accept over climate collapse. Expect a resurgence of “seaweed chic” in fashion, too.
